So after months of thought about this I have decided to go full clean with what I eat. I will be offering new and probably less exciting recipes but should be fun.
Dinner tonight for example was amazingly fulfilling and healthy as hell.
Beef, Brussels, Rice mix
2.5 lbs lean ground beef
1 lb brussels sprouts
2 cups brown/wild rice
** I browned up the beef with some chili seasoning and pepper
** Roast brussels sprouts until they have a nice char on the outside. I cut off the bottom of each and then halved and added to the meat
** Make rice as package directs.
** I mixed all together and added some salsa
I hope to be posting many new recipes as the months go on.
